I'm an avid blogger, photographer & traveller. I capture some of the beauty I see on my travels across the world and blog about my adventures. I've been travelling for close to a decade, but only in the past few years have branched out and started to write travel blogs. 
I am to capture not only historical beauty but the essence of everyday life in the cities that I visit. 
I received my first camera from my grandmother for my 13th birthday and I think that's where my love of photography really began. I'd had disposable cameras before, taking photos on school trips or at the few family trips/ functions we went on, but after receiving my own camera I wanted to reach out and capture the world; I wanted to see as much of it as I possibly could and I still do. I still use the camera that she gave me almost 14 years ago, all with the same equipment! Take care of your cameras, kids, they're more than devices to capture memories; they are memories. 
Over the years I've branched out and learned more about photography via trial and error. I took one class in photography years back, but it mainly focused on the history of photography. I feel photography isn't something that one can learn in a classroom; you have to experience the art form. Learn what works for you and if you so choose, your audience. I still have tonnes to learn in the field of photography and look forward to expanding my knowledge with more adventures across the globe.
